My entire life I’ve struggled with my weight. In college, I ended up losing a lot of weight by having an accountability buddy and hitting up the gym with them. Well, when senior year of college came around I got stressed about finding a job and stopped going to the gym.
In fact, I picked up an unhealthy habit. Stress eating. Due to stress eating, I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been (around 280) and I don’t like it. So, I’ve decided to work out and eat healthily. In order to hold myself accountable to this standard, I figured that I would post a weekly update of my progress every Monday on the blog. Stats for April 1st – April 7th
I love finding new workouts that will benefit me and my needs. One area of my body that I’ve always struggled in when losing weight has been my lower abdomen area and it’s where I hold most of my weight. As such, I’m always on the hunt for workouts that help me target that area.
