To minimize the occurrence of skin problems that could affect your general well-being and health, making a simple day to day skincare routine should be part of your lifestyle.

1. Wash Your Face

It should be no surprise that washing your face should be number one in your skincare routine. And much like brushing your teeth, you should wash your face both in the morning and at night.

One of the major ways through which your skin experiences damage is through sunlight. Dermatologists around the world have advised using sunscreen with SPF30+ and a 5 star UVA daily.

4. Exfoliate the skin regularly

Exfoliating is an essential part of skincare that should be practiced as often as possible but also moderately in order to not damage the skin. There are varieties of chemical exfoliants such as lactic acid, glycolic acid, and so on which helps remove dead skin and improves skin tone.

7. Keep Your Hands Clean

It is important to wash and also sanitize your hands before touching your skin, especially that of your face. Failure to wash your hands could cause acne to breakout on your face from the bacteria on your hands.

Plus, with COVID going around, washing your hands is a necessity and shouldn’t be skipped when taking care of your skin.
