My entire life I’ve struggled with my weight. In college, I ended up losing a lot of weight by having an accountability buddy and hitting up the gym with them. Well, when senior year of college came around I got stressed about finding a job and stopped going to the gym.
In fact, I picked up an unhealthy habit. Stress eating. Due to stress eating, I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been (around 280) and I don’t like it. So, I’ve decided to work out and eat healthily. In order to hold myself accountable to this standard, I figured that I would post a weekly update of my progress every Monday on the blog.
